Hi, I’m Venessa (or Coach Vee), your devoted Soul Coach!
Soul coaching isn’t just a title—it’s something I was called into after experiencing my own healing journey through coaching, therapy, scripture, prayer, powerful books, and quiet time with God. In those sacred pauses, I began to feel whole again. And it was in that place of healing that I sensed God nudging me to help other women do the same.
I believe healing often starts with Selah (pronounced see-lah)—a pause. A moment to slow down and really check in with what your soul is carrying. Sometimes you need someone to sit in that space with you—to help name the hurt, sort through the thoughts, and gently guide you forward. That’s what I’m here for.
As a certified life coach currently on the path to becoming a licensed therapist, I bring a blend of faith, strategy, and emotional insight to every session. I’m committed to walking alongside you with compassion and honesty as we create space for healing—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
